These posts will be informal af. I have learned to love writing over the last year, and while I respect the “rules” I don’t use them every day. Like most people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will give you a little idea of the “scrambled thoughts” that lead to my posts. Although I try leave personal details\/opinions\/feelings out of my posts, everything ties back to something that is affecting me. Obviously. It’s like my diary, but a little more \u2728polished\u2728 A little more “stream of consciousness” but typed??? Sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, will I ever decide on a blog name?? “Hey, bestie” might change. Nothing is hitting just right. \ud83d\ude44<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At these exhibits I visited, there are people from all areas of my life in these same spaces. Some friends, some ex-friends, ex-boyfriends, people I’ve dated, people I’ve created with, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are those who want to have conversations and those who use their silence as their boundary–I respect both. Reality is, whether Paducah, Murray, or the two intertwined in some way, we’re all here together. Being cordial is perfectly acceptable. We don’t have to be friends or even acknowledge each other (directly. I’m 5’11 in boots, so I’m not exactly easy to miss.) Shit, you don’t even have to like me. BUT we do have to co-exist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love this scene and so many of the people in it. It’s meant to be inclusive. We used to say “community not competition” allllll the time. There were more things I wanted to say, but I’ve slept since then. I’m sure I’ll think of it as soon as I post this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
